Employees must select their vacations by Aug. 1, or The Associated Press has the right to schedule it for you. No employee can lose vacation time. The company must consider a request to reschedule if an unforeseen circumstance arises. Permission to do so cannot be unreasonably withheld by AP.
Seniority prevails if you select your vacations by March 31. All vacation selections thereafter are on a first-claimed, first-served basis.
